It follows a tough judge named Sim Eun Seok (Kim Hye Soo), who balances her aversion to minor offenders with firm beliefs on justice and punishment as she tackles complex cases inside a juvenile court. The teaser, which was released on January 25th, shocked viewers by showing a juvenile offender under 14 finding a loophole within the system to avoid going behind bars. Attention is being drawn to whether it will address the ongoing social issue of pardoning adolescent offenders between the ages of 10 and 14. ┬Ā
